**Pay:** $32.50 per hour

**Schedule:** Full time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

**Type:** 3-month contract position through Clean2TheKore. Do great work and you could be hired on permanently by the hospital.

Keep a large Savannah hospital comfortable and safe. You'll service the HVAC and refrigeration systems that patients and staff depend on, working with little or no supervision.

**What you'll do**

• Maintain, adjust, repair, test and operate air conditioners, chillers, heating, hydronic and pneumatic air systems, and Johnson Controls systems
• Work from prints, diagrams, handbooks and manufacturer instructions to find problems and replace worn or defective parts
• Run preventive maintenance and help train other HVAC technicians
• Give technical input on new equipment and on removing or replacing HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Order replacement parts, keep the spare parts inventory and help with filter changes
• Document all work orders in the hospital's maintenance system

**What you need**

• Hospital HVAC experience (required)
• Able to make independent decisions on electrical safety inspections, major HVAC/refrigeration repairs and parts ordering
• Comfortable using computer work order systems
• Background check and 10-panel drug screen (including marijuana) before you start
