**What you will enjoy doing\***

• You will lead customer service and maintenance teams, overseeing installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant and customer operations.
• Manage engineering and project activities from concept through execution, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, implementation, and resolution of technical challenges.
• Develop and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance operational performance, equipment reliability, safety, and productivity.
• You will serve as the primary technical resource for customers and internal stakeholders by providing installation support, system design guidance, product expertise, and engineering recommendations.
• Direct installation and maintenance projects by establishing requirements, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, controlling costs, and ensuring successful project completion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, procurement, project management, safety, customers, and vendors to achieve business objectives and project goals.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards while promoting a strong safety culture throughout the facility.
• Lead site safety programs, including contractor safety, process safety management (PSM), hazardous and universal waste oversight, field safety inspections, and continuous safety improvement initiatives.
• Support process safety and operational excellence efforts through participation in HAZOPs, FMEAs, procedure development, and partnership with corporate process safety teams.
• You will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, performance management, and development for direct reports to support employee growth and operational success.

**What makes you great**

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• You will have 3-5 years of engineering, maintenance, or operations experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
