Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in manufacturing or production supervision, preferably in a similar industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions. - Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or supervisory training is a plus. - Flexibility to work the 2nd shift hours, including potential overtime as needed.
