Rosina Food Products is hiring Maintenance Technicians/Mechanics across all shifts at our West Seneca facility. Pay Benefits: $28.00-$41.50/hr based on experience 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off vacation + sick time $1,000 employee referral bonus Leadership development and technical training opportunities What You ll Do: Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Use lathes, grinders, welders, and hand tools to fabricate or repair parts Follow all safety and food safety (USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP) standards Keep records of work completed and issues identified Collaborate with team members to meet production goals What You Bring: 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience Experience with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication Ability to read schematics and manuals Must be able to lift 50 lbs and occasionally push/pull up to 100 lbs Basic computer and troubleshooting skills Work Schedule Environment: Full-time, multiple shifts available (please indicate your availability) May include weekends and holidays (5-day work week) Work is performed in a fast-paced food production setting with hot, cold, and humid conditions Apply today and bring your skills to a company that feels like family! #INDHP
