If you are eager to make a significant impact and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Plan, monitor, organize, and oversee IT/OT projects. Support and configure software hardware, ensuring appropriate support for operations and compliance with regulatory, safety, cybersecurity, business continuity, and financial requirements. Ensure that implemented manufacturing and lab solutions are aligned with GAHM IT standards and GAHM strategy. Facilitate user-centric outcomes in daily operations, projects and product teams, including training and communication on how to use the systems. Develop domain expertise in key Manufacturing and Quality business processes, systems, and data. Apply standard systems life cycle and other IT processes/methods, practices, and techniques to deliver process integration solutions. Ensure the operational stability, maintenance, performance, and compliance of a product or an application in production. Act as site Data Steward, ensuring all manufacturing and lab systems are properly maintained in the site Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Education: High School Diploma/GED required. Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Information and/or Operational Technology. Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) process including Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs. Strong business acumen, and easy rapport with peers and executives. Ability to think out of the box on situation-dependent issues. Organizational savvy; leveraging peer-network to escape hierarchy. Adept at managing relationships across expertise, geography, and culture. Open and receptive to listening, and discerning pain points; embraces new ideas, evidence and fosters a collaborative atmosphere. Eager to participate in Modernization or Digitization initiatives in Manufacturing Shop Floor with emerging technologies such as IoT. Eager to participate in integration and management of Manufacturing Systems in Biopharma. Preferred Experience: Experience managing projects. Situational analysis and decision-making abilities. Ability to engage with equipment vendors and third-party solutions integrators. Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle Methodology (SDLC). Experience with implementing solutions in GxP regulated environment. Understanding of IT concepts such as computer networking, VLANs, and Firewall Rules. Understanding of OT concepts such as historians, MES, SCADA, PLCs, and the Purdue Model.
