Crack Filling Crew Foreman – Full Time

**Street Clean LLC/ Judd Construction Services – Las Vegas, NV**

Street Clean LLC is looking for an experienced **Foreman** to join our team full-time. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience with asphalt crack filling/crack sealing and or crew leading/ operations experience.

This is a working foreman position. You will be expected to work alongside your crew while keeping the job organized, productive, and completed to our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a crack filling crew
• Coordinate daily work and keep the crew productive
• Perform asphalt crack filling/crack sealing
• Properly prepare and clean cracks before applying material
• Operate and maintain crack filling equipment and tools
• Ensure work is completed safely and to company standards
• Communicate with management regarding job progress, materials, and any issues
• Help train and develop crew members
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite, truck, and equipment

Requirements

• **Previous crack filling/crack sealing or closely related asphalt experience is highly preferred but are willing to train the right person who can lead a crew**
• Previous crew lead or foreman experience strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable leading and directing a crew
• Valid driver's license with a **clean driving record**
• Dependable and able to show up on time
• Able to work outdoors and perform physical labor
• Willing to work hard and lead by example
• Willing to continue learning and improving
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Must take pride in the quality of your work

Schedule

• Full-time
• Schedule may vary depending on projects and customer requirements
• Must be willing to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends when required
