We are seeking a skilled Diesel/Hydraulic Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine and hydraulic cylinder repair and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently. This role requires hands-on experience with heavy equipment and a commitment to ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet.

**Responsibilities**

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems.
• Conduct diagnostics to identify mechanical problems.
• Operate heavy equipment safely, including cranes, forklifts, etc., during maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.

**Skills**

• Proficient in diesel engine repair and vehicle maintenance techniques.
• Proficient in hydraulic system repair and maintenance techniques
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems related to diesel engines.
• Experience with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment.
• Competence in welding, assembling, and aligning mechanical components.

Preliminary phone interview, followed by in-person interview & skill assessment test. Background checks to be performed as warranted.

Pay: $27.50 - $30.00 per hour
