***Responsibilities:***

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on trucks and heavy equipment

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, and inspections

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues

• Repair or replace worn, defective, or damaged components and parts

• Document all service work, parts used, and repair orders accurately

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely turnaround on equipment

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, or similar role

• Strong knowledge of truck and heavy equipment mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

• Valid driver's license required; CDL a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environment
