**Job Summary**

Lightnin Production Rentals is seeking a skilled and dedicated Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of commercial vehicles and equipment while ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.

**Duties**

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicles and equipment including:
• Road Tractors
• Box Trucks
• RAM 5500 Trucks
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with federal and company safety standards.
• Utilize diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot and service equipment, including:
• wiTECH
• Allison DOC
• Bendix

• Accurately document inspections, repairs and maintenance activities.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

**Requirements**

• Valid Drivers License
• Must provide personal tools required to perform job duties.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Minimum of 2 years of diesel or heavy equipment mechanical experience
• Class A CDL preferred but not required
