The Role
At Neltric Electrical, we believe great work starts with great people. We want electricians who take ownership of their craft, care about the quality of what they build, and understand that how we work together matters just as much as the finished product. We’re building a team of professionals who can be counted on. People who show up, communicate, solve problems, and take pride in the work they put their name on.

· Read and work from electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
· Layout electrical work, bend conduit, pull and terminate conductors, and complete installations according to project requirements.
· Troubleshoot electrical systems and use testing equipment to diagnose and correct issues.
· Complete work in accordance with NEC, local codes, project specifications, and safety requirements.
· Coordinate with project leadership and other trades to keep work safe, organized, and moving forward.
· Take ownership of assigned work and deliver quality installations from layout through completion.
What We're Looking For
· Commercial construction electrical experience.
· Journeyman-level electrical knowledge and field experience.
· Strong understanding of NEC and commercial electrical systems.
· Ability to read plans and work independently with limited supervision.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with electrical hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
· Dependable, safety-minded, and committed to quality work.
Bonus Points If...
You’ve worked as a Lead Electrician or you’re ready for that next level of responsibility. We’re especially interested in someone who can take ownership of a scope of work, work independently, help direct apprentices or helpers, coordinate with other trades, and solve problems without needing someone looking over their shoulder.
