**AES is hiring Electricians, Apprentices & Helpers for Commercial Construction in Northport, Alabama.**

Some people walk into a building and see a finished space. You see the conduit runs, the panels, the lighting—and the work it took to make everything come alive.

**That’s the kind of person we’re looking for.**

AES is looking for experienced electricians who take pride in their craft, apprentices ready to sharpen their skills, and helpers who want to learn the electrical trade.

Bring your skill. Or bring the drive to build it.

**Electricians:** You know a clean conduit run says something about the person who installed it. If you can read plans, think through a layout, troubleshoot problems, and work safely alongside other trades, we want to hear from you. Commercial construction experience is especially valuable.

**Apprentices:** You’re building more than hours—you’re building judgment, skill, and a career. We’re looking for people who ask good questions, take direction, and put what they learn to work.

**Helpers:** You don’t need to know everything on day one. Show up ready to work, pay attention, and take safety seriously. Bring reliability, effort, and a willingness to learn.

The details

• **Location:** Northport, Alabama
• **Pay:** $15.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience
• **Benefits:** Company health, dental, and vision packages; paid holidays; paid vacation and sick days
• **Schedule:** 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
