Are you an experienced Residential (New Homes), Commercial or Industrial Electrician looking for something more than your next project?

What You'll Be Doing

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems.
• Bend, install, and run EMT, rigid conduit, and other raceway systems.
• Pull wire, terminate circuits, and install electrical panels, switchgear, transformers, and distribution equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Install lighting systems, receptacles, disconnects, and electrical devices.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs safely and efficiently.
• Work alongside other electricians, apprentices, and project leadership.
• Follow NEC requirements, OSHA guidelines, and established jobsite safety procedures.
• Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project schedules.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Commercial or Industrial Electrician.
• Journeyman-level electrical knowledge and hands-on field experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical installations, conduit bending, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
• Experience reading electrical blueprints and following project specifications.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to complete required pre-employment background and drug screening.

**Additional experience that stands out:**

• Industrial electrical installations and maintenance.
• Three-phase power systems and motor controls.
• Commercial construction, manufacturing facilities, or large-scale projects.
• Experience leading apprentices or smaller electrical crews.
• Electrical troubleshooting and service work.

Compensation & Opportunity

**Pay: $20.00 – $30.00+ per hour**

Compensation is based on experience, technical capabilities, and qualifications. Highly experienced electricians and lead-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
