We are looking for an experienced, dependable Journeyman Electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well independently, and values providing excellent customer service.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician with experience in both residential and commercial electrical work.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, troubleshooting electrical problems, and completing assigned projects efficiently and professionally.

Our work includes a variety of installations, repairs, service upgrades, and troubleshooting. This is a hands-on field position with the independence to manage daily assignments while maintaining communication with the company.

**Responsibilities**

• Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems.
• Install and upgrade electrical services, panels, feeders, and branch circuits.
• Install and bend EMT conduit.
• Complete electrical work for remodels, additions, and new construction.
• Install lighting, switches, receptacles, dedicated circuits, and electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Determine material requirements and coordinate material pickups.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and inspectors.
• Maintain accurate daily records of labor, materials, and completed work.
• Keep work areas, company vehicles, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow applicable electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate project changes, unexpected conditions, and additional work requirements.

**Required Qualifications**

• Active Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license.
• Experience in both residential and commercial electrical work.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with electrical service upgrades and panel replacements.
• Proficiency in EMT conduit bending and installation.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and Wisconsin electrical requirements.
• Ability to read electrical plans and wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, organized, and committed to quality workmanship.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Five or more years of electrical field experience.
• Experience with three-phase electrical systems.
• Commercial electrical distribution equipment.
• Motor controls and equipment connections.
• Underground electrical installations.
• Generator and transfer switch installations.
• Experience with electronic job management software.

**Compensation & Opportunities**
