The Role
This position is based in Williston, ND. Work is mainly commercial electrical projects, with residential, farm/ranch, and solar as needed.
ZAP Industries LLC is a North Dakota electrical contractor based in Dickinson. We handle commercial and residential electrical work, farm and ranch electrical, and custom solar systems. We take calls 24/7 and offer weekend emergency service.
We are hiring a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our crew. The job site is Williston, ND, where you will work primarily on one of our commercial projects. Occasional residential, farm/ranch, and solar projects across western North Dakota may come up as needed. Our company is based in Dickinson, ND. Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC and ND code
Pull wire, bend conduit, install panels, fixtures, and controls
Work on farm and ranch electrical systems and solar array wiring as needed
Read plans and pull NDSEB permits as directed
Keep job sites clean and follow company safety rules
Drive a company vehicle for work
Mentor apprentices on the job
Requirements:
Valid North Dakota Journeyman Electrician license (or ability to obtain reciprocity)
Clean driving record
Able to work outdoors year-round in western ND weather
Able to work from ladders/scaffolding
Willing to travel within our service area
