**Maintenance Manager**

**Job Summary**

The Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance and reliability programs for production equipment, utilities, and facility systems. This role ensures equipment uptime, regulatory compliance, food safety, and efficient maintenance operations while leading the maintenance team.

**Major Responsibilities**

• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Supervise and develop maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Ensure timely repair of production equipment and facility systems.
• Support compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, FDA, and OSHA requirements.
• Lead equipment installations, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Promote workplace safety and oversee maintenance-related safety programs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to minimize downtime and maintain food safety standards.

**Skills & Experience**

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, preferably food processing.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs.

**Physical Demands and Duration**

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Standing majority of shift
• Noise typical of a production environment, Entire shift
• Working in hot/cold temperatures, Entire shift

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
