**Job Summary**

The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing and packaging operations to ensure production targets, product quality, food safety, and workplace safety standards are met. The role includes supervising production workers, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and applicable laws.

**Role & Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, employee assignments, and shift operations.
• Monitor production output, product quality, and equipment performance to meet operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation procedures, food safety requirements, and applicable HACCP or SQF procedures.
• Conduct or oversee pre-operational checks and ensure production equipment and work areas are clean and safe.
• Train, guide, and monitor employees to ensure compliance with established procedures and performance expectations.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, attendance, and incident records.
• Report equipment issues, product defects, safety hazards, and operational concerns promptly to management.
• Ensure employees follow approved work schedules, take required breaks, and comply with timekeeping procedures.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to address production needs and resolve operational issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, quality control, and workplace safety practices.
• **Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.**
• Ability to follow and enforce company procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform essential job functions, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
