Building Maintenance Technician

Pay: $23-$24/hr

Essential Duties -

• Daily inspection checks and operation of powered industrial vehicles (PIV), including but not limited to tow motors and cranes
• Inspect, service and upkeep of HVAC systems and cooling water systems
• Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include: repairing doors, lockers, replacing lights, painting and other building related items
• Minor plumbing which consists of running, gluing threading, replacing or unclogging
• Clean and assist with upkeep of the facilities
• Perform other related duties as assigned which may involve troubleshooting issues to determine necessary repairs and plans repair work using building schematics or equipment manual as needed

• Ability to pass 5-panel drug screen, urine or saliva through the staffing company
• Reliable Transportation
• Must pass the following tests upon direct hire:

+ Lift 50 pounds

+ 20/40 vision, corrective lenses allowed

+ 9-panel drug screen, urine or saliva
