JOB PURPOSE

• To maintain building, grounds, and machinery to perform safely and productively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY

• Trouble-shoot and repair machinery in a timely manner to limit production down time. Implements preventive maintenance on production equipment and building systems to keep them running efficiently and safely. **Installs new machinery and building systems.** Moves heavy equipment/parts with means of proper rigging techniques. **Fabricates assemblies used for production or building use.** Builds building infrastructure and utilities. **Maintains building and grounds.** Keeps work area clean and safe. **Ability to work as a team.**

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

, SKILLS, & ABILITIES- (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability required.) Education/ Experience Special Knowledge/ Skills Required: High School graduate or equivalent Preferred: 2 Years Maintenance Required: Understanding of schematics, drawings, and service manuals. General knowledge of machine systems including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic. General knowledge of pipe fitting, welding, cutting, machining, carpentry, and electrical wiring.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
