As a member of the Facility Services team, you will help ensure the reliable operation of critical building systems that support classrooms, research laboratories, healthcare facilities, student housing, and administrative spaces across one of New Mexico's largest and most diverse campuses. This role offers the opportunity to work with complex mechanical systems in a dynamic environment where your expertise directly supports UNM's mission of education, research, and healthcare.

This means you will be working in medical laboratory research, medical clinical, and medical academic spaces. These HSC environments may require the donning of medically approved personal protective equipment (PPE).

Additionally, this position is subject to overtime and on-call assignments, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support campus operations.
