**We are looking for B-2 or higher techs to join our** team as a Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician and become a vital part of ensuring optimal indoor comfort and air quality across diverse facilities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC systems. **Responsibilities**

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units such as air conditioning systems, boilers, Warm Air Furnaces, and ventilation equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues using electrical diagnostics tools like ohmmeters and troubleshoot mechanical system failures efficiently.
• Conduct equipment troubleshooting and repairs involving plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration components to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately service complex HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) systems.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards such as EPA regulations for refrigerants and ammonia refrigeration handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during field service visits.
• Drive company vans responsibly while maintaining vehicle safety standards during field assignments.

**Experience**

• Minimun of 2 years experience as an HVAC technician or service technician with a strong background in HVAC system repair and maintenance.
