Pay: $23-$25/hr

Shift: Full time

**Key Responsibilities**

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
• Perform welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and Flux Core (depending on job needs)
• Cut, grind, and prepare metal parts for assembly
• Assemble and fabricate structural metal components
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely
• Maintain welding equipment and work area in a clean, safe condition
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Work with engineers and supervisors to complete projects on schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
