The Role

Step Into the Heart of TFL Manufacturing

--------------------------------------------

Imagine starting your shift on our Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) wood lamination line. You review the overnight logs, check predictive maintenance alerts, and walk down a high-pressure thermal oil press, listening for changes in pitch and feeling for heat variations. A sensor flag prompts you to verify a Siemens PLC I/O point, and a Lenze VFD parameter tweak restores optimal throughput. Before lunch, you’ve tightened a hydraulic fitting, logged a PM, and coordinated a safe lockout for an electrical repair—keeping production on beat.

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including PLC-controlled equipment.
