**Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Commercial Industrial Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing complex refrigeration systems within commercial and industrial environments. Your expertise will ensure the optimal operation of refrigeration units, providing reliable service to our clients. **Responsibilities**

• Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components using schematics, electrical diagnostics tools such as ohmmeters, and equipment troubleshooting techniques.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of refrigeration systems.
• Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents to accurately execute system repairs or installations.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics and mechanical system repairs to restore optimal performance of refrigeration equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about system issues, repair procedures, and maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain detailed service records, logs of inspections performed, repairs completed, parts used, and follow-up actions required to ensure compliance with safety regulations such as EPA standards.

**Skills**

• Service technician and field service experience, including HVAC system repair and equipment repair.
• Working knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Ability to read schematics and apply equipment troubleshooting skills; familiarity with HVAC design is useful.
• EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certification is required where applicable; strong customer service and safe use of hand tools are essential.
