The Role
Location: Shippensburg, PA
Schedule: Night Shift | Rotating 2-2-3 | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Technicians will support plant operations through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and hands-on repairs. Candidates are evaluated through a combination of a mechanical assessment and a hands-on skills evaluation, with emphasis placed on practical experience.
Compensation is skill-based and includes a night shift differential, with higher starting rates for demonstrated mechanical proficiency.
