Position Summary: In this leadership role, you will set and execute the engineering strategy and lead delivery of a robust capital and reliability portfolio across a extremely strategic manufacturing Campus. You will partner with business leaders to improve safety, quality, service, and cost performance while building a high-performing engineering organization and ensuring sustained compliance, validation rigor, and inspection readiness. Key Responsibilities: Set the site engineering vision, roadmap and lead a multi-disciplinary campus organization (cross-functional engineering, MES systems, Asset Management, and program/project management; ~51 colleagues), building capability, engagement, and a high-performance culture. Serve as the primary engineering and project partner for multiple business units across two manufacturing facilities, aligning technical priorities to safety, quality, service, and cost objectives. Drive organizational—evolving structure, roles, and ways of working (including integration/merging of engineering functions where beneficial) to accelerate decision-making, execution, and stakeholder satisfaction. Own the site capital and appropriation expense budgets, setting investment strategy, prioritizing the portfolio, and ensuring disciplined governance and financial accountability. Lead end-to-end execution of the engineering project portfolio, delivering compliant, right-first-time results through strong scope control, risk management, and schedule/cost performance. Own the site asset management strategy—strengthening reliability, preventive maintenance, lifecycle planning, and KPI performance through continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. Own the site validation program and inspection readiness, ensuring robust documentation, execution discipline, and sustained audit readiness (“front-room” readiness). Ensure strong operational support by leading investigations and resolution of manufacturing nonconformances, troubleshooting equipment/automation issues, and sustaining critical MES systems to protect safety, quality, and throughput. Qualifications : Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or University degree is required, with a focus in Engineering or a related technical field. Experience: Required: A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a related, professional environment Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
