Performs or delegates tasks as required to execute and fully complete assigned projects including hardware design, system programming, system checkout, installation coordination, system and network commissioning, and project closeout. Responsibilities include ensuring financial results (scheduling cost and invoicing) , maintaining customer satisfaction, and adhering to safety and ethical standards. How you will do it Collaborate effectively across project teams to achieve optimal outcomes, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately, on-time, and within budget. Design and program installation hardware and software using established standards, providing detailed information to communicate design and operation to customers, staff, and subcontractors. Proactively manage and execute project scope and client communications, addressing technical and business issues effectively to maintain alignment with client expectations. Implement continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating project outcomes and leveraging insights for future enhancements. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations, fostering an environment of accountability and integrity on all job sites. Coordinate resources and provide technical guidance to team members and subcontractors, enhancing project execution efficiency. Perform system commissioning and validation, ensuring proper operation and resolving any issues to deliver fully functional systems. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules , ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution and completion. Conduct site-specific training for clients, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to operate their systems effectively. What we look for Technical Associate s Degree with two years of field experience, or equivalent related field experience Proficiency in Building Automation Systems design , installation, checkout, programming, and commissioning Appropriate licensing, certifications, and relevant hands-on experience Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively Strong personal computer and communication skills Knowledge of project accounting, costing principles, and contracting is preferred
