**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Site Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This role demands a proactive leader who can coordinate multiple teams, manage schedules, ensure safety compliance, and deliver quality results on time and within budget. The Construction Site Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution of construction activities. **Responsibilities**

• Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and safely.
• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and coordinate activities.
• Review construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to verify accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Manage procurement processes, including reviewing contracts, change orders, and ensuring compliance with federal and local construction regulations.
• Monitor safety protocols rigorously to ensure OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Conduct quality control inspections to uphold high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project manager, building departments, and subcontractors to interpret technical drawings, review construction schedules, and resolve any issues that arise on-site.

**Skills**

• Experience with construction management scheduling and budget management.
• Proven ability to coordinate & manage multiple trades at one time.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards, federal construction safety regulations, and general construction regulations.
• Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and reviewing construction drawings for accuracy.
• Excellent management skills with a track record of supervising teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Proficiency in managing project budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines effectively.
• Effective communication skills for managerial roles—able to coordinate teams, liaise with clients or stakeholders, and manage subcontractors confidently.
• Hands-on experience with wood and metal framing, drywall repair, cabinet installation, and/or painting is a plus.
