**Pay:** $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

You will assist our experienced mechanics with daily operations to keep our fleet and equipment running smoothly:

• **Maintenance:** Perform oil changes, greasing, and lubrication.
• **Support:** Prepare tools, retrieve parts, and assist lead mechanics with minor repairs.
• **Shop Stewardship:** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
• **Vehicle Service:** Hands-on work with various diesel vehicles and heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• **Experience:** 1–3 years of experience in diesel mechanics is required.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficient with repair tools and minor mechanical repairs.
• **Reliability:** Clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug/alcohol screen.
• **Mindset:** Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• **Education:** HS Diploma or GED preferred.
