Hi-Tech Controls & Automation is seeking an Industrial Automation & Controls Technical Specialist. Experience with Siemens is preferred but not required if you have overall understanding of PLC’s and programming. This customer-focused role supports product selection, system configuration, troubleshooting, and application development.
Responsibilities
- Help customers identify and select automation and electrical products
- Provide technical support by phone, email, and in person
- Assist with PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, safety products, networking, and control components
- Review specifications, drawings, bill of materials, and customer requirements
- Work with manufacturers and sales representatives to develop solutions
- Support the sales team with product selection, technical questions and supporting documentation.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
