Mobile Forklift Technician

Pay: $34-$35/hr

Shift: Full time

• Have Knowledge of electric, propane and diesel forklifts
• Performing PM service and repairs on forklifts
• Replacing drive motors, controllers, working with hydraulics and more
• Working with 24v to 72v systems
• Working closely with management to meet customer expectations
• Effectively communicate in clear English, including speaking, writing and listening
• Familiarity with the safe use of basic hand tools and power tools
• Overhead reaching, bending, squatting, walking, lifting and move loads of up to 75 lbs.
• Familiarity with mobile phones, device apps, field service software and computers
• Able to keep detailed records of time, job notes, safety issues and customer concerns on a laptop
• Creative thinking to solve problems and minimize delays
• Professional appearance, demeanor, friendly disposition desire to exceed customer expectations
• Valid driver's license, ability to drive service vehicle and tow trailer to job sites up to 2 hours away
• Must have at least 1 year in the forklift repair or automotive repair
