3. Regulatory Compliance & Tracking
● Follow all Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for processing and inventory tracking, including logging required batch data in Metrc.

● Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), standard sanitary practices, and HACCP guidelines suited for consumable beverage manufacturing.
● Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, packaging supplies (cans, lids/ends, paktechs/carriers), and finished products.
● Keep all production, staging, and storage areas clean, sanitized, organized, and compliant with local health and safety standard codes.
5. Routine Maintenance & Troubleshooting
● Perform basic preventive maintenance, lubricate moving parts, and conduct daily pre-run inspections on the canning line and packaging equipment.
