**Job :Maintenance Manager (DirectHire)**

**Location: Rochester, MN (On-site)**

**Industry**: Food Manufacturing / Food Processing/ Food & Beverage Manufacturing

**Key requirements**: Maintenance management experience, team leadership, preventive maintenance, CMMS, industrial troubleshooting, and food safety compliance.

**Looking for:**

• Experienced maintenance leader to manage plant equipment and facility maintenance.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Troubleshooting and repair of production machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, and packaging equipment.
• Leadership of maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure food safety, OSHA compliance, and a safe working environment.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and equipment reliability.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
