Blow Molded Specialties, Inc. (BMS) is looking for an experienced and motivated **Maintenance Manager** to lead our maintenance department and help drive equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with leadership skills and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

**Required Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with industrial machinery, automated equipment, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, LOTO procedures, and industrial safety practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with blow molding equipment, plastics manufacturing, or similar processes.
• Knowledge of PLCs, automation, and industrial controls.
• Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS), budgets, and capital projects.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
