What We Offer

  • $24.00–$27.00/hour to start, based on experience
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • $25,000 life insurance — 100% company-paid
  • Short-term and long-term disability — 100% company-paid
  • Retirement program with employer match

  • Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the shop and work areas
  • Help identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues under the guidance of the lead mechanic, and coordinate to prioritize what needs attention first

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years working on heavy diesel engines, hydraulics, and/or heavy equipment

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Clear communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented approach
  • Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and take on additional responsibility
