Diesel Truck/Heavy Equipment Technician

Pay: $35-$45/hr

Shift: Full time

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform or assist the lead mechanic with each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

• Lead Mechanic.
• Diagnoses and repairs equipment as needed (including, Construction Equipment, Tractor Trailers, Dump Trucks, Company Fleet of 35 vehicles.
• Diagnoses and repairs differentials, hydraulic systems, motors, transmissions, drives, air conditioning systems, and electrical systems.
• Performs task per preventative maintenance checklist
• Maintains accurate mechanic logs for each vehicle.
• Able to read Mack Software.

**Job Requirements:**

• Repeated bending, stooping, reaching, crawling, standing, twisting. Unaided lifting to 50 lbs.
• Must have experience repairing Diesel Trucks & Equipment.

\* Class A or B CDL helpful but not required.

\*Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)
