**Maintenance Lead**

Middlesboro, KY (On-Site)

Full-Time | 1st Shift (Mon–Fri) | On-Call Required

**Pay:** $30.00 per hour + Overtime potential

**Blue Diamond Industries is looking for a Maintenance Lead** to lead our maintenance team, troubleshoot equipment, and keep our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently.

**What You'll Do**

• Lead and support Maintenance Technicians with daily assignments and priorities.
• Troubleshoot and repair **electrical systems up to 480V** and mechanical equipment.
• Oversee daily work orders and scheduled **preventive maintenance**.
• Perform equipment inspections and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized plant and maintenance area.
• Respond to maintenance needs while **on-call**.
• Assist with facility and equipment repairs as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with 480V systems (preferred, but will pay for training)
• Ability to lead, prioritize, and work independently
• Strong accountability and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Willingness to be on-call

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Electrical certification
• OSHA 30 certification
• Preventive maintenance experience
• Maintenance leadership experience
