We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Appliance Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service in appliance repair and installation. In this role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install a wide range of household appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction through expert service and professional conduct. **Responsibilities**

• Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes efficiently.
• Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and HVAC systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Install new appliances following manufacturer specifications and safety standards, ensuring proper electrical connections, plumbing hookups, and mechanical assembly.
• Utilize ladder use and mechanical knowledge to access hard-to-reach areas safely during repairs or installations.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration systems and electrical components with proficiency in electrical work and refrigeration principles.
• Operate company vehicles such as box trucks for delivery and service calls while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly, answering questions professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout every interaction.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service activities including work performed, parts used, and time spent for accurate record keeping.
• Follow safety procedures at all times when working with electrical systems, plumbing connections, HVAC units, or power tools to ensure a safe working environment.

**Experience**

• Proven experience as a service technician or appliance repair specialist with a strong background in field service operations.
• Knowledge of schematics, ladder diagrams, electrical wiring, refrigeration systems, HVAC components, plumbing connections, and mechanical assembly.
• Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and understanding of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices.
• Familiarity with appliance installation procedures including electrical wiring, plumbing hookups, and mechanical assembly.
• Experience operating box trucks or similar delivery vehicles within a service context is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
