We're searching for an experienced Lead Refrigeration Installer with a minimum of 6

YEARS

of commercial walk-in cooler and freezer installation experience.

Refrigeration Piping; Brazing

System Start-Up; Commissioning

We're a growing, veteran-owned commercial contracting company serving Central and

Southern Ohio.

We aren't looking for just another employee. We're looking for an experienced

professional who wants to be a key part of our growing refrigeration division.

As our Lead Refrigeration Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and

performing commercial refrigeration installations, with an emphasis on walk-in coolers

and freezers.

Responsibilities include:

Lead commercial walk-in cooler and freezer installations from start to finish.

Assemble and install insulated walk-in panels, doors, ceilings, and associated

components.

Install remote refrigeration systems, condensing units, evaporators, and

associated equipment.

Install and braze refrigeration piping, including ACR copper line sets.

Perform pressure testing, evacuation, refrigerant charging, and system

commissioning.

Install and configure refrigeration controls, defrost systems, and associated

components.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, refrigeration schematics, and

equipment specifications.

Coordinate installation activities with project managers, general contractors, and

other trades.

Lead and assist installation technicians while maintaining quality and productivity.

Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, applicable codes, and

company quality standards.

Troubleshoot installation-related issues and ensure systems operate properly

before turnover.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 6 years of hands-on commercial walk-in cooler and freezer installation experience.

Qualified applicants should possess:

Extensive experience installing commercial walk-in coolers and freezers.

Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration piping, components, and system

operation.
