**DPE Services** is looking for a dependable and motivated **HVAC / Refrigeration Helper** to join our team. This position will assist our experienced technicians with service, maintenance, and job preparation while also helping keep our warehouse and equipment organized.

**This is an Entry Level Position**

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Senior HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians with service calls, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Perform **Preventive Maintenance (PM)** on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Help inspect, clean, and maintain equipment as directed by Senior Technicians.
• Gather and prepare **parts, tools, materials, and supplies** needed for scheduled jobs.
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials as needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Perform general **warehouse maintenance duties**, including organizing inventory, receiving and stocking parts, cleaning, and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Assist with keeping accurate inventory of commonly used parts and supplies.
• Follow all company safety procedures and instructions from Senior Technicians and management.
• Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers.
• Be willing to learn and develop skills in the HVAC and commercial refrigeration industry.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous HVAC or refrigeration experience is **required**.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and physically demanding environments.
• Ability to lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials.
• **Clean driving record.**
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• **Must be able to pass a background check.**
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently when assigned tasks and follow directions from Senior Technicians.
• Must be willing to work occasional weekends or after-hours when needed.
