-----**What You’ll Do**

• **Deliver Peace of Mind:** Travel across property communities in the Phoenix Valley to diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and major household appliances.
• **Master Technical Repairs:** Use electrical/mechanical tools, diagnostic testing equipment, and schematics to tackle electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration issues.
• **Drive Efficiency:** Transport parts and tools between service locations and our warehouse while keeping inventory organized and accurate.
• **Lead & Mentor:** Share your expertise with newer technicians and collaborate with a great team.
• **Build Relationships:** Provide respectful, professional service to property staff and residents while maintaining clean, safe job sites.

-----**What We’re Looking For**

• **Experience:** Proven hands-on experience in appliance repair, installation, and maintenance across various brands and models.
• **Technical Aptitude:** Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
• **Valid Driver’s License:** A clean driving record and the ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
• **Physical Capability:** Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy appliances and parts safely.
• **Customer-First Mindset:** Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• *Preferred:* High School Diploma (or equivalent) & **EPA Section 608 Certification**.
