**Job Description**

Client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Transfer Lead) to support manufacturing process readiness, engineering changes, equipment qualification/validation, and manufacturing documentation in a regulated production environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and review ECRs, ECNs, BOMs, routers, and work instructions.
• Support NCRs, CAPAs, and other quality records.
• Support equipment installation, qualification, validation, and decommissioning.
• Use Windchill for engineering documentation and change management.
• Perform Gage R&R studies and maintain manufacturing control plans.
• Support Vault DMR updates, MES readiness, and manufacturing master data.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes and compliance.

**Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated production environment.
• Strong Windchill knowledge.
• Experience with equipment qualification/validation, Gage R&R, and control plans.
• Experience with Vault DMR updates and controlled documentation.
• Knowledge of engineering changes and manufacturing process implementation.

Pay: $40.00 - $47.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
