**Job Summary**

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure optimal operation of equipment, enhance safety standards, and support the overall efficiency of our operations. **Duties**

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems using schematics and technical manuals.
• Install new appliances, HVAC systems, and mechanical equipment following safety protocols and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct repairs on kitchen equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, and other appliances critical to daily operations.
• Operate company vehicles for maintenance tasks across multiple locations while adhering to safety standards.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures.

**Skills**

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical systems repair and maintenance.
• Proficiency in appliance repair and installation across various commercial and industrial settings.
• Skilled in HVAC system repair including air conditioning units and HVAC/R technology.
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in a fast-paced environment.
• Construction experience is a plus for handling building-related maintenance projects.
• Leadership qualities that enable guidance of junior technicians or team members when necessary.
