**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Installer/Technician for HVAC, oil, and propane equipment, you’ll install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning. You’ll use schematics, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in residential or commercial settings. This hands-on role calls for sound mechanical knowledge, safe work practices, and clear, customer-focused communication.

**Responsibilities**

• Install and maintain HVAC systems, boilers, air-conditioning equipment, refrigeration units, and related oil or propane equipment.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical systems; use an ohmmeter and other tools to identify faults.
• Read schematics and apply HVAC design knowledge to complete service and installation work.
• Provide responsive customer service, document work performed, and support property maintenance needs. Your impact: Reliable repairs and installations help customers maintain safe, comfortable, and functional spaces.

**Qualifications**

• Relevant service technician, construction, HVAC, or appliance repair experience; practical experience with HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair is valued.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical diagnostics, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic instruments, interpret schematics, and work safely around oil and propane equipment.
• EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certification for refrigerant handling, if required for assigned work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a service van, if required; experience with building automation or ammonia refrigeration is a plus.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
