Proshort is seeking a talented individual with hands-on experience welding and fabricating. Experience and skills in the following areas are highly desirable: \* TIG (90% of work - critical skill) with stainless and aluminum \* MIG \* Metalworking with various gauges of steel including sheet metal and structural steel \* Able to read and interpret blueprints \* Various hand tools Competitive starting wage based on experience.
