Part-Time Aluminum MIG Welder

We are a friendly, established manufacturing company looking for a **part-time Aluminum MIG Welder** to join our crew.

This position will start at **3 days per week** and is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and working as part of a team. More hours as needed.

While aluminum MIG welding will be an important part of the job, you’ll also work alongside the rest of our team with:

• Cutting and material preparation
• Layout and fabrication
• General shop work
• Preparing and assisting with shipping

Because some of our products involve repetitive fabrication, we like to rotate responsibilities and work together. It keeps the day moving, gives everyone some variety, and creates a better team environment.

We have a **clean, friendly shop** and are looking for someone who is dependable, has a positive attitude, works well with others, and takes pride in their work. We appreciate people who can work hard while still being friendly, respectful, and easy to work with.

**Shop Policies:**

For safety and productivity, cell phone use is not permitted in the warehouse while working. Our facility is also **non-smoking**.

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Welding: 5 years (Required)
• MIG welding: 5 years (Required)
