Industrial Mechanic/Millwright

**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Millwright Mechanic to work in both field and shop environments. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills and experience working on large industrial and mining equipment.

**Responsibilities**

• Install, maintain, repair, and rebuild industrial equipment.
• Work on large mining and heavy industrial equipment.
• Work on power plant equipment and machinery.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment.
• Repair and maintain gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, motors, and related equipment.
• Perform equipment alignment, installation, and removal.
• Use precision measuring tools to inspect and properly fit components.
• Perform mechanical teardowns, rebuilds, and installations.
• Work safely in both shop and field environments.
• Follow job specifications, safety procedures, and customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Travel to customer job sites as required.

**Qualifications**

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Millwright.
• Experience with large mining equipment preferred.
• Experience with power plant equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, and rotating equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand equipment specifications.
• Ability to use precision measuring and alignment tools.
• Must be able to work safely in shop and field environments.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Must have your own tools.

**Physical Requirements**

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy equipment and materials.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and work in confined or elevated areas.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to wear required PPE and follow all safety requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
