**Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic production team on 2nd shift. This role is pivotal in ensuring the continuous operation, safety, and efficiency of manufacturing equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive technical expertise in industrial maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, and demonstrate a proactive approach to troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. **Responsibilities**

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulic systems, and industrial electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills.
• Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance history, and inventory levels.
• Utilize field service tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, low voltage testers, and high voltage equipment to diagnose electrical faults.
• Support the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new machinery and systems in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to minimize downtime through effective maintenance planning and quick response to equipment failures.
• Assist in training team members on maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and the use of technical tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding maintenance needs.

**Experience**

• Proven experience working within a manufacturing facility environment with a strong focus on industrial maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics interpretation, electrical circuits (including low voltage and high voltage), and hydraulics.
• Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS platforms, precision measuring instruments, and industrial electrician practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems quickly using analysis skills and diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
• Background in industrial electrician work or industrial mechanic roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with field service operations involving troubleshooting across various machinery types.
