**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **Journeyman Millwright** to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and align industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, industrial maintenance experience, and a commitment to workplace safety.

You will work in industrial environments such as manufacturing plants, refineries, power plants, mines, food processing facilities, and heavy industrial construction sites.

**Responsibilities**

• nstall, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Perform precision alignment of machinery and mechanical components.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems.
• Perform rigging, equipment installation, welding, and fabrication tasks.
• Identify mechanical issues and help minimize equipment downtime.
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable industry regulations.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
• Perform additional related duties as needed.

**Requirements**

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an industrial setting.
• Journeyman Millwright certification or an equivalent recognized trade qualification.
• Completion of a Millwright apprenticeship program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic tools required to perform millwright duties.
• Knowledge of industrial mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
• Experience with precision alignment, rigging, and equipment installation.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Certifications in rigging, crane operation, confined space entry, or fall protection.

**Physical Requirements**

• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more.
• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and noise.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
