**Poultry Processing Facility**

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on **Industrial Maintenance Mechanic** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong general mechanical skills, Good TIG welding and fabrication abilities, and some electrical knowledge and a NJ Boiler License to assist with troubleshooting and equipment repairs.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
• Carry out TIG welding, cutting, grinding, and metal fabrication.
• Fabricate and repair machine parts, brackets, guards, and other components.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and help minimize production downtime.
• Assist with basic electrical troubleshooting as needed.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and food safety procedures.

**Qualifications**

• Strong general mechanical and maintenance skills.
• Good welding and fabrication skills are a Plus.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and shop machinery.
• Some electrical knowledge and troubleshooting experience would be beneficial.
• Ability to diagnose problems and work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• NJ Black Seal Boiler License is a Plus but not needed.
• Previous experience in poultry processing, food manufacturing, or industrial maintenance is preferred.

**Shift:** 1st Shift 6am-4:30pm and 2nd Shift 2pm-12:30am

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
