is looking for an experienced **Advanced Manufacturing Engineer** to help drive innovation across our manufacturing operations. This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain the status quo. **What You'll Do**

As our Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you'll serve as a technical expert and project leader, partnering with product engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality, and operations teams to improve products and processes.

You'll have opportunities to:

• Lead advanced manufacturing and automation projects
• Drive process improvements using Lean methodologies
• Support new product launches and implementation activities
• Evaluate product design changes and manufacturing feasibility
• Develop machinery specifications and lead equipment installations
• Collaborate with manufacturing facilities throughout the Americas
• Support testing and validation efforts
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
• Work with suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams
• Help bring innovative manufacturing technologies to life

What You Bring

We're looking for a problem solver, innovator, and leader who can make an impact from day one.

**Required Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Seven (7)+ years of related engineering experience
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, tooling, product development, or industrial engineering
• Knowledge of PLCs, CAD/SolidWorks, weld technology, automation, digital manufacturing, MES systems, and project management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience leading technical projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CAD software
